About Me


I graduated from Seton Hill University with my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics.  I completed my dietetic internship alongside of my Bachelor degree, made possible through the coordinated program at Seton Hill University.  My dietetic internship allowed me to observe and take part in all of the following avenues of dietetics: School and hospital food service, Community nutrition, nutrition education as well as Clinical nutrition practices.

    Forbes Hospital, Monroeville, PA

    • Developed care plans and educated patients experiencing or being treated for various conditions such as: malnutrition, obesity, diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular and pulmonary disease, renal disease, GI tract and liver diseases, along with nutrition support. 
    • Assembled lesson plans for group and patient educations, reviewed nutrition prescriptions with patients, and constructed a journal review for the Dietitians at the facility.
